My fear is that these myths will continue to be perpetuated until EDs are seen as biologically driven and neurometabolic in nature.

Can you speak to the metrics by which success of hospital based treatment is based off of? Any articles on this that are open access? What is the resistance toward DBT based programming and continuity of care on an outpatient basis? How can we get mental health organizations across the nation to include support for EDs? It baffles me that the most deadly illnesses, ones that aren't rare by any means, are not represented or considered to be serious. Alternatively, EDs are seen as taboo and too scary to approach. Seems very backwards in terms of "earlier the intervention the better"

I have the highest admiration for Dr. Fenelli. I do not possess words that fully express my gratitude for his exceptional care. On a personal basis, I am gratefully he performed my robot Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy. I had minimal pain and on my way to a swift recovery, thanks to Dr. Fenelli. I am grateful that we have a leader among us who is dedicated, energetic, and devoted to improving our healthcare. I also can relate directly to this short tribute to Dr. Fenelli. My parents also relocated to Toronto in the early 1950s from a small town near Dr.Fenelli’s parents. I also can assert that I wouldn't be where I am in my life if it wasn't for my parent's influence.

For a while it was recommended everyone take 81MG (baby) aspirin every day, then it was unrecommended. Perhaps if micro clots are possibly a small part of covid or long covid it would be prudent to go back to recommending for everyone to take a baby aspirin every day.

May be some cross membrane antybody occur after SARS COV2 infection. Theoreticaly ,before coronaviruses are released from the infected hyjaked cell, they catch a lypidic part of cell membrane and integrate in IT s own structure. At some patients antybody against virus structure interact with cells membrane. A dropp of fresh blood from some patients after SARS COV2 infection can agglutinate apparently before coagulate ,at surface of a cold glass lamela. At microscope erytrocyte aggregation like coin rolls can be seen,at room temperature At body temperature 37 C aggregation did not occur. At perifereal circulation, where blood have low temperature, may be that tendency of erytrocyte induced by low adsorbtion forces not neutalyzed by rejection electrostatic forces, can increase blood viscousity. Even SARS COV2 virus better infect cells at very low tissue temperature. At TWiV Nr 659 at min29 virologist Christian Drosten indicate that. ,,Low temperature agglutinine,, occur after some viral infection but also after Mycoplamae pneumoiae infection.
